COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers & Friends ,

At this time our offices are OPEN and staffed to help you with your heating and cooling needs. We currently have no plans to restrict our hours or our services. If you have a maintenance appointment scheduled over the next few weeks and are keeping your appointment, please know our technicians are taking every precaution to assure our customers’ safety. If you would like to postpone your maintenance appointment, we are happy to accommodate you.

In the best interest of our customers, employees, their families and the community as a whole, we ask that anyone who has been exposed to or has had Flu-like symptoms or illness to postpone appointments for a minimum of two weeks from the first day you are symptom free. Likewise, if you have traveled outside of the US, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a minimum of two weeks from the date of your return, provided you are symptom free at that time.

Due to the nature of our business we have taken steps to ensure our staff is safe and healthy. We have implemented a strict protocol for a sanitary work environment. This includes providing our staff with the proper supplies and sanitizer to clean our work trucks and spaces. Please rest assured we are screening our employees and will NOT be sending anyone sick to your home. I started this business to help people, that stands truer than ever now, especially in a time where more of our customers will be at home , remotely working and caring for children and elderly members.
